Erin holds an undergraduate degree in kinesiology and a graduate degree in adult education. With a deep respect for the origins and traditions of yoga, she is particularly drawn to the scientific aspects of the practice and the many ways it can support employees well-being and performance. Her yoga and meditation classes focus on simple, accessible instruction designed to help students understand the “how” and the “why” behind yoga-inspired wellness. She aims to create an inclusive environment where participants can build confidence, improve wellness, and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.
